Summer begins.
Today its official - Summer has begun : )))) Weeeeiiiiiii!!!!!
Yesterday i met up with a very good friend of mine at the lake "Vomb" when we finally found eachother - haha both went around the whole lake driving in the wrong directions.

I had a great week and i had a great day today - clients in the morning, then i met a good friend and a future colaborator and did some plans for our upcoming Event ; )) FUN!!!!
A client after that and then i went down to the beach to do some administration work - training programs etc.

Ahhhhh there are still some Biceps - smaaaaall - do not train them anymore cause they make my shoulders look small ; )
Im very happy cause tomorrow im off for a Day-Trip to Gothenburg to attend a course in TRX and to see a good friend of mine for dinner : ) YEAH here we GO <3
